Our Design & Remodeling Process
We are always very excited to have the opportunityto help you create the best possible project that fits into your budget and life style. We are dedicated to providing you with professionalservice from the design throughthe completion your project with minimal disruption to your home and life.
We will create a design that not only fits into your budget, but you will be absolutely thrilled with now and in the future. We will be a good steward of your money.
We only select the finest quality products for your project. I personally inspect every item for strength, finish and quality. You will have a kitchen or bath that will look great for years.
The initial consultation will occur in our showroom with me or one of our designers.
The information we require is:
- Scope of the project: What would you like to achieve?What are you intending to remove or replace? Are you moving walls, windows or doors?What items are you intending to keep or replace?
- Information: Very important, we want to see any ideas, products, pictures that you have that you would like incorporated into your project. Pictures and rough dimensions of the area are helpful.
- Timeline: How long do you plan on staying in your home? Are you remodeling just to sell your home or are you planning on staying in your home for a number of years? Did you know that there are numerous whys to design an area in either scenario?
- Budget: How much do you want to spend? We need this information to determine what type of project you need. Are you looking for custom cabinetry or stock cabinetry? High end appliances or builder grade? Stone, Quartz or Laminate counter tops? Soaking tub or air tub?
- Payment: Will you be paying in cash or financing? The Kitchen and Bath Design Store works with lending institutions to offer financing for your project if needed.
